I am a physiotherapist specialised in traumatology and musculoskeletal ultrasound, lymphatic system disorders such as lymphoedema and lipoedema, as well as the management of conditions related to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and bruxism.
My approach to work is always based on an individualised assessment. For me, it is essential to understand not only the issue you are experiencing, but also how it affects your day-to-day life, the limitations it creates, and what your recovery goals are.
Based on this assessment, I design a treatment tailored to your needs, combining different therapeutic techniques and tools according to each case. The aim is not only to relieve symptoms, but to understand their origin, improve function, and help you regain your well-being and quality of life.
Throughout the entire process, I strive to ensure you understand what is happening in your body and play an active role in your recovery, providing close, professional support at every stage of treatment.

- Graduate in Physiotherapy from Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA) in 2019
- Training in "Busquet Method: Physiological Chains"
- Training in Oncological Physiotherapy
- Training in Diagnosis and Treatment of Lymphatic System Disorders
- Training in Advanced Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Invasive Physiotherapy
- Training in Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise in Locomotor System Conditions
