I am a graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, specialising in Clinical Nutrition, with further training in paediatric, geriatric and sports nutrition, as well as in weight loss and muscle gain.
My training and experience let me approach nutrition from an individualised, evidence-based perspective adapted to each stage of life, aiming for every patient to reach their goals in a realistic, sustainable way.
I also take part in university research and I'm currently continuing my training with the Inter-University Master's in Behavioural and Health Sciences Methodology (UNED, UCM and UAM).
My goal in the consulting room is for every person to feel supported, understood and able to improve how they eat without impossible diets, working together towards changes that can last over time.
