I am a physiotherapist with a degree from the Universidad de Málaga, specialised in sports physiotherapy and active rehabilitation.
Since the beginning of my professional career, I have sought to develop an approach based on individualised assessment, clinical reasoning and therapeutic exercise, viewing the patient as an active participant in their recovery. My experience in clinical practice, orthopaedics and rehabilitation, alongside my continuous training, has enabled me to work with a wide range of patient profiles and to continue expanding my knowledge in managing musculoskeletal conditions.
I consider myself a responsible, approachable individual, fully committed to my profession. For me, physiotherapy is not just about treating an injury, but about understanding what each person needs, guiding them through the process, and empowering them with tools to regain their function, independence and confidence.
I am currently preparing my doctoral thesis on the effectiveness of a multidimensional therapeutic exercise programme in patients with non-surgical shoulder conditions.
